Abstract:	我國立法院的助理制度始於民國七十四年，立法院經院會決議，由政府公費補助每位立委每月一萬五千元，作為僱用助理之補助。十餘年來的發展，立委助理的數量越來越多，職責越來越重。隨著立委助理地位的日益重要，立委與立委助理間的問題也隨之浮上檯面。本文即在探討立委助理的制度發展與分析立委與助理間的權責。
