Abstract:	荀子政治哲學的思考，乃是針對時代的混亂。春秋戰國時代，諸侯爭霸，政治社會由治而亂。荀子的政治哲學的目的就在於思考如何以周禮為典範，重建政治社會的社會秩序。荀子的政治哲學是以「社會」為問題思考，他認為對禮壞樂崩的社會必須定分，分能使社會紛爭得以平息，群居生活有了制約，免於混亂，又必須禮以立體，據事制範。再禮的重建下配合人文世界的義和法，社會秩序得以重建。禮是社共同的目的。因此，建立一個合理富禮的社會，必須先有分，繼而重建禮的世界。是以本文以分和禮為政治哲學的研究中心。
