    Title: 半網狀結構(Semi-IPM)複合乳液顆粒之製備

    Abstract: 複合乳液顆粒具有很多種不同型態的結構,為一種用途很廣之複合材料。其可直接使用或加入聚摻合增韌高分子材料中,用以探討橡膠態介面或橡膠型態對增韌機構的影響。因此,本文分別利用半批及膨潤兩種兩段式無乳化劑乳化聚合物,配合cumyl hydroperoxide-fe(II)氧化還原起始劑誘導於油水介面上起始聚合反應,製作不同於一般摻混單位成份圓形橡膠顆粒之高分子網狀結構(latex interpenetration network (IPN) particle)的複合顆粒,並利用穿透式電子顯微鏡(TEM)、流變儀(RDA)、熱分析儀(DSC)等儀器,進行複合顆粒型態分析。結果發現這些複合顆粒的玻璃轉移溫度(Tg)點變化相當複雜,除了在-45℃及95℃分別有聚丙烯酸丁酯及聚苯乙烯高分子之Tg外,在兩溫度間同時也發現有其他的Tg點。配合TEM圖可發現不管是以半批式“Starve„法或膨潤法所製做出之複合顆粒都有高分子鏈相互交錯式的IPM網狀結構產生。這種以非交鏈型之高分子鏈纏繞已交鏈的高分子鏈之型態屬於Semi 1-IPM。若以半批式法製做複合乳液顆粒時,其結構較簡單,互穿式結構區較小;若以膨潤法製備時,因苯乙烯單體有足夠之時間膨潤已交鏈之聚丙烯酸丁酯種子乳液顆粒,所以其鏈纏繞區較多。若是後段加入的苯乙烯單體量越多,則聚苯乙烯可與聚丙烯酸丁酯有較大且均勻的鏈纏繞區,其顆粒粒徑會較大且Tg數可減少。這些不同組成的Semi 1-IPM複合顆粒將可做為後續高分子聚摻合改質研究參考。
