    摘要: 含紫外光硬化之亞克力樹脂及熱硬化之環氧樹脂而成的雙官能性樹脂與液晶均勻混合形成均相溶液,先以(UV)照射引發亞克力樹脂聚合形成半膠化膜,環氧樹脂與液晶被包含在亞克力網目中。這半膠化膜具雙面膠粘著性質,並可依所需大小裁減,接著在雙面貼上 ITO 導電玻璃,加熱使環氧樹脂硬化,此時液晶將會被相分離出來,環氧樹脂黏住了兩片玻璃形成了高分子分散液晶薄膜。在本研究,除了製造高分子分散液晶薄膜外,亦探討在亞克力樹脂及液晶存在下,環氧樹脂熱硬化動力現象及相分離機構。
