    Abstract: 河水春秋翻混現象係經由河水溫度變化的發生。台南縣二仁溪河水之春秋翻混現象發生,由秋季進入冬季時的秋翻混變化較為明顯。當此現象發生時,會因河底底泥中污染物的釋出,造成河水水質惡化,致使人工溼地系統淨化水質能力的降低。二仁溪人工溼地系統在水生植物生長茂盛期間對於氨氮、磷酸鹽以及玄服固體的去除效率均較對照組為佳,而有機物的平均去除率雖然不比照對組高,但卻較為穩定,說明植物穩定的成長對溼地系統污染塢的去除有十分密切的關係。雖然水生植物可緩衝進流水水質變化對溼地系統的衝擊,不過水生植物在春秋翻混發生期間的生長卻顯著的減緩,甚至死亡。因此選擇能夠克服季節及水質影響的水生植物變成為操作人工溼地淨化污染河水的一個關鍵因素。
