    Abstract: 本試驗在比較綠茶粉與抗壞血酸在保護由δ胺基-γ-酮戊酸(ALA)誘發老鼠體內產生氧化性傷害的差異。將40隻成熟的雄性大白鼠隨機分為4組,並餵時4週。其中一隻大白鼠未作任何處理,當作是控制組(CK),其餘三組於實驗最後兩週進行腹腔注射(每隔一天施打40mg/lg之ALA),並每日分別餵食未添加任何物質之飼料(GT),作為試驗控制組(CKt),添加1mg/kg抗換酸血之飼料(VC)及添加1%綠茶粉之飼料(GT)。實驗結果顯示綠茶可以保護因δ胺基-γ-酮戊酸所誘發肝臟及血球細胞之脂質過氧化,但卻無法降低血清中AST值。而抗壞血酸可以提高肝臟及血清的總抗氧化活性,且可以保護肝功能。這些結果說明了攝食綠茶與抗壞血酸對大白鼠肝臟與血液有不同的抗氧化效應。
