    Title: 外加碳源對2,4-二硝基酚生物降解作用之影響

    Abstract: 硝基酚為工業上常見的污染物質之一,對水域生態與環境平衡衝擊甚大,以生物降解方式因具較高之經濟效益,故可做為土壤硝基酚污染整治的最佳選擇之一。本研究以批次培養自加油站污泥中篩選出二株2,4-二硝基酚降解菌,並探討外加碳源對2,4-二硝基酚生物降解作用之影響,結果顯示外加葡萄糖與胰化朊月東對2,4-二硝基酚之生物降解作用有正向助益,在含2,4-二硝基酚之基礎培養基中加入0.2gL-1胰化朊月東,衡溫振盪培養(25℃,150 rpm)至第二天,A與B菌均能有效降解2,4-二硝基酚95%以上;然加入1.0gL-1葡萄糖時,則對2,4-二硝基酚之生物降解作用無益,且使培養基pH值大幅下降至4~4.5之間,而其中A菌經過氧化氫測試為具有過氧化氫酵素之菌株。
