    Title: 苯胺在土壤黏土礦物表面之吸附現象

    Abstract: 苯胺為一種最主要的有機基本物質,是許多染料與藥物之來源,用途廣泛,故不可忽視其重要性,且對人體具有毒性,若吸入其蒸氣或從皮膚滲透體內會引起中毒現象,故本研究選擇苯安為研究對象觀測其在土壤中之吸附情形,以了解其對土讓污染之可能性。本研究探討苯胺在氧化鐵、氧化鋁、高嶺土及氫氧化鋁等土壤黏土礦物表面之吸附特性,期由獲得吸附之反應之資訊,進一步了解苯胺在氧化鐵、氧化鋁、高嶺土及氫氧化鋁之吸附情形。結果顯示,苯胺在此四種礦物直表面之吸附各不相同。苯胺在10-3M濃度下,經過24小時的平衡後,氧化鐵的吸附量為1.94 × 10-6mole/m2,氧化鋁的吸附量為2.55×10-8mole/m2高嶺土的吸附亮4.67×10-7mole/m2,氫氧化鋁的吸附量為3.13×10-7mole/m2,由此可知,氧化鐵的吸附量最好,而氧化鋁是最差的。此外,隨著pH值的增加,苯胺在氧化鐵表面的吸附量有增加的趨勢;而高嶺土表面的吸附量,隨pH值的升高有增加又降低的趨勢,氧化鋁及氫氧化鋁則無明顯的影響。所以氫鍵作用應是苯胺吸附於高嶺土、氧化鋁和氫氧化鋁表面的主因,而氧化鐵吸附方式應為正負電吸引。本研究所採用的實驗條件下,可用Freundlich方程式來描述吸附反應行為。
