    Abstract: 本文基於探究競爭優勢,嘗試確認組織之特殊資源與能力,進而在其特定的環境下評估與選擇適當之行銷策略。鑑於組織分配特殊與有限資源之複雜性與困難度,本文之目的乃結合網路層級分析法(ANP ) 與灰局勢決策法(GSDM )來選譯具競爭優勢的行銷策略。在回顧理論與相關競爭優勢之研究後,特別是服務業之相關文獻,企業之資源與能力可歸納有管理能力、顧客連結能力、市場創新能力、人力資源資產以及聲望資產。本文以民宿業為實證對象;研究結果顯示,區隔化策略乃為民宿業最佳行銷策略。最後,本文強調配置特殊及有限的資源與能力,來評估與選擇適切的行銷策略,藉以取得持續性的競爭優勢。
