    Abstract: 本研究以實際ABS製程廢水為水樣,以瓶杯試驗機與掃流式微過濾模具為反應設備,利用批式反應操作,以COD、濁度與過濾水量等為效益評估參數,探討改變單元程序組合對整體效益之影響。本研究進行四種程序組合共8組之實驗,研究結果顯示,以Fenton反應→調整ph值混凝沉澱→取上澄液利用薄膜微過濾之操作方式為最佳。且單以過氧化氫或硫酸亞鐵配合薄膜微過濾處理ABS樹脂製程廢水,其COD去除均不佳,以硫酸亞鐵配合薄膜微過濾之組別,即是經薄膜微過濾後,其濁度值仍偏高。Ph調整在本研究中對系統處理效率之影響並不大,而不同之程序組合方式則明顯影響系統之處理效率及其過濾液量。總和各項評估參數與薄膜過濾之操作效益,Fenton反應在本研究中,以90分鐘為最佳。而薄膜微在最佳操作條件下其處理效益不高,未來仍有提昇空間。
