    Title: 不同硬化製程製備高分子分散液晶膜的特性研究

    Abstract: 本研究主要的目的在於探討不同加工方式對環氧樹脂系高分子分散液晶膜(PDLC)之電光性質及液晶為滴型態之影響,以三種不同當量比之環氧樹脂與熱硬化劑,藉由偏光顯微鏡(POM)觀察PDLC膜之組成物中的液晶相分離型態學,並討論液晶與樹脂基材之間的相容性,在以不同加工方式製程PDLC膜,測量其電光性質(Vth、Toff、Ton)。結果發現當未施加電壓時,PDLC膜呈現乳白色,當施加電壓高於驅動電壓時,PDLC膜立即轉變為透明狀態。實驗中發現,在環氧樹脂與熱硬化劑當量比為1:1.5,並以回火方式冷卻所製程的PDLC膜,可獲得較小的驅動電壓及較佳的對比度。因此此顯示膜可應用於電子顯示及光控制元件上。
