    Title: 以芬頓試劑增進含油生物污泥之脫水效能
    Enhancement of oil-sludge dewatering with fenton's reagent

    Abstract: 本研究主要是藉由芬頓試劑(亞鐵離子及過氧化氫)在脫水試驗中所產生的氫氧自由基氧化污泥中之有基物質,為一種高級氧化反應,並利用反應中二價鐵氧化後衍生出的三價鐵增加污泥的沉降性。結果顯示反應起始ph(pHi)對芬頓調理污泥系統並無明顯的影響,在pHi=2.5~6.5之間時均有90%以上的比組抗降低率,且在含水率方面,由原始未調理污泥的84%減少至71%,約可減量為原體積的一半(45%),此結果及說明使用芬頓劑調理活性污泥可不受pHi的限制並達到污泥減量的目的。此外,在含由污泥調理方面,發現在3%油泥中,單獨使用芬頓試劑在濃度為Fe2+/H2O2=9000/3000 mg/L時,可將比組抗由2.6× 1012m/kg降為3.5×1011,比組抗降低率也可達86%,在含水率的分析方面,當3%油泥中,單獨使用芬頓試劑濃度為Fe2+/H2O2=3000/3000 mg/L調理並過濾後,含水率會由77%被降低為55%,表示污泥與油泥體積在經過芬頓試劑調理後均可減少約一半的體積量(49%)。
