Abstract:	本實驗目的在於探討短期蛋白質缺乏情形下，對於老鼠肝中α-生育醇轉移蛋白之影響。首先將老鼠分為兩組，分別餵與正常蛋白質飼料與缺蛋白質飼料，飼養期八天。蛋白質缺乏組的生長顯著受阻，體重、器官重量與血漿白蛋白濃度接顯著低於正常蛋白組。蛋白質缺乏組有較低的血漿三酸甘油酯和α-生育醇含量，然而肝中三酸甘油酯以蛋白質缺乏組為高，α-生育醇含量於兩組間並無顯著差異。蛋白質缺乏組的肝臟α-生育醇轉移蛋白之含量則顯著較低，約降為正常組的39%。實驗結果證明短期蛋白質缺乏會顯著降低肝臟α-生育醇轉移蛋白的含量，可能是造成血漿維生素E含量下降的原因之一。
