    摘要: This study is aimed for conducting a comprehensive technology assessment for the mobile nursing ststions implementation based on previous studies of technology assessment framework and considerations of clinical practices by case study. A through review of the mobile nursing stations implemention was firstly described. The framework consisting of five major evaluation components (each component was evaluated by several criteria) regarding with MNS' need, safety, efficacy and effectiveness, economic appraisal, and social impacts were assessed to provide a varirty of perspectives for dealing with the development and implementation issues of mobile nursing stations. The results of this study can not only provide a comprehensive and complete evaluation for guiding the processes of MNS implementation, but also enhance management' s understanding of the complete assessment for the utilization of mobile nursing stayions.
