    Title: 藥草乙醇萃取物對金黃色葡萄球菌抑菌活性

    Abstract: Staphylococcus aureus是院內感染最常見的細菌,對於β-lactam類抗生素有很高的抗藥性。所以天然物與抗生素合併使用是達到抗菌效果的重要方法所以本研究將七種醇萃取物進行抗菌能力分析,希望能找出有效抗菌的藥草。以紙錠擴散法篩選對金黃色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)抑菌活性能力的藥草(香茹、七葉膽、香菇上清液、含殼草、虎杖、浦公英、穿心蓮乙醇萃取物),進一步利用菌落計數法測定藥草萃取物對金黃色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)及oxacillin resistant Stapylococcus aureus 的最小抑制濃度,並且測定藥草及d;4
    生素(oxacillin)抗菌的協同作用。結果顯示虎杖乙醇萃取物對Staphylococcus aureus)及oxacillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus 具有抗菌能力,虎杖乙醇萃取物對於Staphylococcus aureus (MIC為4mg/ml)具有最佳抑菌效果,而對於oxacillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MIC為1mg/m1)具有最佳抑菌效果。虎杖乙醇萃取物和抗生素(oxacillin)對Staphylococcus aureus具有協同作用。
