    標題: 台灣非營利組織管理與服務概況--以高高屏地區多元就業方案團體為例

    摘要: 台灣非營利組織持續發展與逐漸成熟，然高高屏之非營利組織卻因經濟持續衰退、人口外移而導致社會存量亦隨之衰退，在此過程中非營利組織之發展亦受到相當的限制。本研究以93年高高屏地區多元就業方案經濟型計畫之案例，說明此地區非營利組織面臨的內、外在環境之限制，同時以經濟型計畫對該區產生之效益與問題，以作為未來其他地區運作之政策建議。
