    Abstract: 文化創意產業乃二十一世紀全球新興主流產業,牽涉了人群文化活動中起始的、更新的、高瞻遠矚的、和開拓性的理念。這是文化發展的源泉與推力。誠然各個民族的文化表現歧異與差別很大,但文化的成長與擴散卻歸功於其創意能力。其創新歷程在組織創新環節中,扮演關鍵性角色,惟目前國內探討「組織創新歷程」之研究並未多見,對文化創意產業的組織創新歷程,更鮮少著墨。本研究採用質性研究方法,針對文化創意產業做多重個案分析,並以事後回溯研究、深入訪談、及三角測量等方法,分析並建構其組織創新之階段模式與歷程模型,藉以瞭解組織創新歷程對文化
