Abstract:	過去已經發生的事實，所造成的傷害，無法從經驗中消失；當我們學會了接受自己的傷心，才有機會原諒傷害我們的人。讓我們打開關閉情緒的牢籠，不再拿別人的錯誤來懲罰自己。試著體會與同理父母的困難，我們就不會抓著父母的錯誤讓自己痛苦，學會放下與釋懷，我們就不再那麼傷心。用新的視野，看待過去的無奈與傷痛，即能賦予生命新的意義，我們的世界可以變得不同。
