Abstract:	和小薇談他被傷害的往事，並不能減少她的痛苦，但是她從敘述的過程，開始學習信任，學習和諮商師產生連結；有人和她分擔多年的秘密，雖然談很痛苦，卻不孤單。釋放壓抑的情感就不再受情緒的牽絆，可以真誠的看待自己，就不會用虛假的方式，操縱別人讓自己覺得安全；也才能架構新的視野，用不同的角度，從新看待自己。
