研究主要目的在探討國民中學體育組長工作壓力與職業倦怠之現況與關係,以及國民中學體育組長工作壓力對於其職業倦怠之預測力。本研究依據文獻探討之結果,採用自編之「國民中學體育組長工作壓力與職業倦怠之研究問卷」為研究工具,以雲嘉南及高高屏地區之238 位國民中學體育組長為研究對象,共發出研究問卷238 份,回收有效問卷158 份,有效問卷回收率為66 . 39 % ,所得資料經統計分析後,獲得以下發現:
一、國民中學體育組長之工作壓力屬於中高程度。
二、國民中學體育組長之職業倦怠屬於中低程度。
二、性別、婚姻狀況、年資等變項,在體育組長所知覺之工作壓力有顯著差異。
四、體育組長之年資在所知覺之職業倦怠有顯著差異。
五、國民中學體育組長所知覺之工作壓力與職業倦怠有顯著正相關。
六、國民中學體育組長工作壓力之部分構面,對於整體職業倦怠具有預測力。 The purposes of this study were to explore the current situation and the relationship between job stress and working burnout for athletic directors in junior high schools . A questionnaire titled " A study on the relationship between job stress and working burnout of athletic directors in Junior high schools , , was distributed to 238 Junior high school 's athletic directors in Yunlin , Chiayi , Tainan , Kaohsiung and Pingtung region . Based on questionnaires from 158 athletic directors , several conclusions made according to the research findings are:
1 . At present , athletic directors in Junior high schoo1s feel that their job stress is at the upper middle level .
2 . At present , athletic directors in junior high school 、feel that their working burnout is at the 1ower middle level .
3 . There are significant differences in athletic directors , Job 、tress for the variables of gender martial status , and seniority
4 . There are significant differences in athletic directors , working burnout for the variable of seniority .
5 . There is a significant positive relationship between athletic directors ' Job stress and working burnout .
6 . Parts of athletic directors , Job stress have significant predictability on athletic directors , working burnout .
