本研究主要目的在探討國民中學體育組長工作滿意與工作士氣之現況與關係,以及國民中學體育組長工作滿意對於其工作士氣之預測力。本研究依據文獻探討之結果,採用自編之「國民中學體育組長工作滿意與工作士氣之研究問卷」為研究工具,以雲嘉南及高高屏地區之238位國民中學體育組長為研究對象,共發出研究問卷238 份,回收有效問卷158 份,有效問卷回收率為66.39 % ,所得資料經統計分析後,獲得以下發現:
一、國民中學體育組長之工作滿意屬於中等程度。
二、國民中學體育組長之工作士氣屬於中等程度。
三、性別、學校規模等變項,在體育組長之工作滿意有顯著差異。
四、年資、學校規模等變項,在體育組長之工作士氣有顯著差異。
五、國民中學體育組長所知覺之工作滿意與工作士氣有顯著正相關。
六、國民中學體育組長工作滿意之部分構面,對於整體工作士氣具有預測力。
研究者並依據上述研究結論,提出建議以作為教育行政單位、學校教育人員及未來研究之參考。 The purposes of this study were to explore the current situation and the relationship between job satisfaction and job morale for athletic directors in junior high schools. A questionnaire titled ‘A study on the relationship between job satisfaction and job morale of athletic directors in junior high schools , , was distributed to 238 junior high school , s athletic directors in Yunlin , Chiayi ,Tainan , Kaohsiung and Pingtung region . Based on questionnaires from 158 athletic directors,several conclusions made according to the research findings are :
1 . At present , athletic directors in junior high schoo1s feel that the . job satisfaction is medium level
2 . At present , athletic directors in junior high schools feel that their job morale is medium level .
3 . There are significant differences in athletic directors , job satisfaction for the variables of gender and school scale .
4 . There are significant differences in athletic directors , job morale for the variable of seniority and school scale
5 . There is a significant positive relationship between athletic directors ' job satisfaction and job morale .
6 . Parts of athletic directors , job satisfaction have significant predictability on athletic directors , job morale '
According to the results of the study , concrete suggestions are given as references for the educational administration the school administration and the further research.
