    Title: 從事高齡產業人員對高齡者福利措施滿意度之研究

    Abstract: 本研究主要探討從事高齡產業人員對於目前行政機關所實施的高齡者福利政策,以及高齡者照顧方案現況之滿意度。本研究以參加南部某科技大學所舉辦學術研討會之從事高齡產業人員為研究對象,並以「從事高齡產業人員對高齡者福利措施滿意之研究問卷」為研究工具。本研究之問卷施測,合計發出1 30 份問卷,共回收有效問卷114份,有效問卷回收率為87.69%。結果發現:現今從事高齡產業相關事業及照顧服務機構人員以女性為主,年齡以31 - 40 歲(含)者最多。教育程度以大學、高中畢業者居多、畢業科系以社工系最多、職業以照顧服務機構人員居多、從事高齡產業年資以三年以上至六年(含)者最多,在從事高齡產業前,以未受過相關領域之教育研習或培訓活動者最多;對於目前的高齡者福利政策之滿意度屬於普通程度;另外,對於高齡者的照顧方案之滿意度則屬於滿意程度。而在背景變項之擔任職務。服務年資、學歷之分析結果,顯示從事高齡產業人員在高齡者的福利政策及照顧方案之滿意度有顯著差異。
    The study is mainly to investigate the satisfaction of the current welfare policy and the execution of care project of advanced age on the staff who work at senior care service organization . Who attended the seminar at university of CHNA and currently work at senior care service organization was chosen as a research object . The data were collected through a questionnaire and the effective questionnaire was up to 87 . 69 % . The result has shown that senior care service staff mainly are women , age between 31 - 40 years old graduated from high school or college , social work major seniority 3 - 6 years most , and never attended senior care service related training program or activity before worked in this field . Besides , the staff who has senior work experience has less satisfaction of welfare policy than the care project ' Comparing to the difference of position , seniority or academic background , the degree of satisfaction between these variables is significantly difference on advanced age of welfare policy , and on care project as well .
