摘要:	醫院的經營效率一直是醫院管理者及相關主管機關關心的議題，而公立醫院的生產效率更是值得探討，本研究藉由資料包絡分析(Data Envelopment Analysis; DEA)比較73家公立醫院，其中醫學中心有7家、區域醫院20家及地區醫院46家公立醫院的生產效率，本研究依評鑑等級來分析，醫學中心生產效率表現較佳，其次依序為地區醫院及區域醫院；又依公立醫院權屬別分析可知生產效率值相對較高者依序為縣市立醫院、省市立醫院、榮民醫院、軍醫院及公立醫學護理院校附設醫院；其中公立醫學護理院校附設醫院的生產效率表現最低。 The efficiency of hospital operation is always concerned by hospital managers and the government organization, and the product efficiency of public hospitals is more worthy to study. This study analyzed the product efficiency of 73 public hospitals which included 7 medical centers, 20 local hospitals and 46 regional hospitals. Results of this study showed that of product efficiency the medical center was better, the next was regional hospitals then local hospitals. The difference of these average values is not large. In public hospitals ,the product efficiency was higher in country hospitals、 provincial and municipal hospitals、veterans hospitals、military hospital and university hospitals. The product efficiency of university hospitals is worst.
