於網際網路的便利與普及，醫療資訊系統應用傾向WWW平台發展；病歷是醫生診斷病人之重要參考依據，病歷採電子化是未來趨勢；本研究提出以病歷電子化為基礎，以一定規格輸入各項診斷、檢查結果報告等資料，藉此幫助醫療院所透過網際網路傳送、交換病人相關病歷資料；本研究目的為：給予病患連續性的照護、減少醫療資源重複浪費、可作線上即時的決策支援系統。由規劃之虛擬醫院與MIMC實際的測試與所得到之結果，歸納本系統幾項優點：方便性、簡易性、適法性，也證明本研究之可行性相當高。然而網路安全性的加強，病歷規格、內容用辭一制化，仍是未來需進一步探討的課題。 Because of the convenience and popularization of the Internet, the application of hospital information system tends to WWW platform. The patient medical record is the important reference when the clinicians is making decision for patient diagnosis. The computerization of patient record is future tendency. In this research, based on computer-based patient record, we propose to build MIMC system to input the patient clinical examinations and tests data in standard format, and to help clinicians to exchange patient clinical information through Internet. The purpose of MIMC are to provide the continuity of medical care, to reduce redundant waste in medical resources, and to give help for making decision. From the results of test, which was gotten from the planning virtual hospital and MIMC actural test, it shows the study has high feasibility. We concludes the merits of the system are convenient, simple, and legal. However, there are more issues involving the safety of network, the uniformation of patient record format, and standard medical vocabulary should be further discussed.
