    摘要: 擬氣球藻(Botrydiopsis archiza Borzi),為四草濕地研究樣區最主要的優勢浮游性藻類。雙眉藻(Amphora sp.),則為四草濕地研究樣區最主要的著生性微藻。兩種不同之微藻,於實驗室以Marine enrichment medium f/2培養基在30℃及30-40 μmol光照條件下,以14小時光照及10小時黑暗的連續培養結果,可分離出純種。而以20℃和35℃等不同恆溫培養兩種純種微藻之結果,皆顯示培養於35℃之生長速度僅比20℃稍快一些而已,顯示溫度對其影響並不顯著。此外,在掃描式電子顯微鏡下觀察顯示,未經硫酸與硝酸鉀處理之雙眉藻因具許多泡狀結構,故此矽藻群聚可以以塊狀形式漂浮於水面上,在夏季雨季明顯期間,形成四草濕地樣區中最主要之泡沫狀優勢種漂浮藻。
    Botrydiopsis archiza Borzi and Amphora sp. were the major dominant planktonic and attached microalgae in the wetland of Szu-Tsao. Both of the microalgae were isolated from the nature by the Marine enrichment medium f/2 medium under the condition of 30℃ with light (30-40 μmol) supply for 14h then placed in dark for 10h Moreover, both of the isolated microalgae were cultured in different constant temperature (35℃ and 20℃) to compare the results. The result shows that the growth rate of microalgae is slightly faster under 35℃. However, the temperature was not a significant factor of their growth rate. In addition, it was found under scanning electric microscope that, the Amphora sp. which has not been treated by H2SO4 and KNO3 consists of bubbly structure. This was the reason why the diatom assemblages form a mass of floating on the water surface during the rainy reason of summer, and became the most important dominant floating algae.
