    Abstract: 本研究利用Fe+3樹脂觸媒/雙氧水系統進行甲酚類化合物之氧化處理。試驗中以批式反應進行之,利用觸媒氧化程序配合適當過氧化氫來處理甲酚類化合物,經實驗得知,在樹脂觸媒/雙氧水系統:以250 mg L-1甲酚、溫度80℃、0.5 M弱酸型鐵樹脂觸媒及0.1 M H2O2處理,其氧化效果皆呈現出pH值4、5反應十分鐘內氧化效率高達98%以上,本研究得知在不同pH值條件下(3、4、5、7)對污染物之殘餘率及pH值的變化具有顯著的影響。而低pH (3、4、5)值環境相較於pH值為7時,甲酚氧化效率明顯提高。樹脂觸媒/雙氧水系統對不同甲酚系列化合物之氧化效率大小依序為p-cresol > m-cresol >o-cresol。
    The catalytic oxidation of three cresol isomers in aqueous solutions by Fe+3-resin catalyst/H2O2 system was evaluated. Batch tests in aqueous solution were performed at various cresol isomers and initial pH values of reaction solutions. The results showed that the oxidation efficiencies of cresols in three different isomer solutions were more than over 98 % in the reaction condition of 250 mg L-1 cresol, 0.5 M Fe+3-resin catalyst, 0.1 M H2O2, and 80℃ within 10 minutes of reaction period. Moreover, it was demonstrated that the oxidation efficiency of cresols depends on the initial pH value of reaction solution significantly. The cresol removal by Fe+3-resin catalyst/H2O2 oxidation system was most efficient in the pH range of 3-5. The oxidation efficiencies of various cresol isomers by Fe+3-resin catalyst/H 2O2 oxidation system was as following: p-cresol > m-cresol > o-cresol.
