    Title: 混凝前處理對超音波音場降低掃流微過濾積垢之研究
    Effect of Pre-Coagulation on Ultrasonic Cleaning of Microfiltration Membranes Fouled by Latex Particles

    Abstract: 本研究探討超音波震盪對掃流式過濾之影響,以人工模擬試液為實驗對象,採用乳膠進行掃流式過濾,實驗結果發現,通過薄膜過濾量隨著壓力增加而增加,於壓力為12 psi時,流通量下降迅速,顯示薄膜阻塞較為嚴重,因此要改善掃流式過濾系統的結垢問題,需要加入超音波震盪,以增加掃流式過濾的過濾量與流通量,在固定壓力與流速下,進行超音波對掃流式過濾影響之探討,實驗結果發現,在固定超音波震盪時間與功率,伴隨著超音波震盪頻率增加,過濾量與流通量亦隨之增加。改變超音波震盪時間而固定超音波震盪頻率與功率,超音波震盪20秒與30秒無明顯增加過濾量與流通量。固定超音波震盪秒數與頻率,改變不同超音波震盪功率,超音波震盪功率在87W與147W明顯增加過濾量,且超音波147W的過濾量為超音波87W的過濾量之2倍,由以上實驗可知,若以超音波震盪輔助掃流式過濾,多次而短時間之震盪與較大之震盪功率時,可明顯增加過濾量並提昇其流通量。超音波震盪頻率減少,對於不佳的混凝過濾量之過濾量與流通量,增加效果比混凝的最佳劑量與最佳pH值來的好。
    An ultrasonic technique was applied to remove fouling and recover the permeate flux of flat sheet micro-filtration (MF) membranes. The results showed that ultrasound (US) water cleaning efficiency depends upon the US frequency and power. Long duration of ultrasonic irradiation has no significant improvement of flux. In general, high US frequency and power with short duration of ultrasonic irradiation can reduce membrane fouling and enhance permeate flux. The effect of pre-coagulation on flux enhancement is not significantly. However, with pre-coagulation, lower frequency operation is better than that higher one for flux enhancement.
