    摘要: 本研究目的為利用活性碳觸媒氧化法處理乙二酸(草酸)水溶液,研究中顯示活性碳觸媒氧化對乙二酸具有良好效率,1000mg/L 之草酸水溶液於適當反應條件下有超過90%以上之總有機碳(TOC)轉化率,本研究之結果顯示活性碳觸媒氧化系統對於低碳數之草酸分子仍有足夠之氧化能力將其完全降解,本研究亦將探討不同的氧化反應參數下之污染物之處理效率與最適條件之最佳化,本研究顯示於批次反應中活性碳觸媒處理含有草酸之廢水,適當反應條件下反應20分鐘後出流水之總有機碳去除率能達50%,而反應120分鐘後草酸濃度去除率亦能達到99%以上且有超過90%以上之TOC轉化率,由研究結果顯示氧化程序中pH值、溫度與活性碳觸媒量顯著影響草酸之廢水處理效率。
    Activated carbon catalyst was used as a catalyst to oxide oxalic acid by using a catalytic wet peroxidation process. An efficiently oxidation of oxalic acid can be achieved at suitable conditions with CWPO process. Over 90% conversion of Oxalic acid was obtained under suitable conditions at 1000 mg/L in feed. It was found that high conversion efficiency of low carbon acid can be achieved by using this CWPO process. The oxidation efficiency was discussed by considering both TOC and concentration removal of oxalic acid. Based on the results of this study, the TOC removal of oxalic acid was almost 50% after 20 minutes reaction and after 2 hours reaction over 90% TOC removal was achieved under suitable conditions. Those experimental results showed that the pH, reaction temperature and catalyst dosage play important role in this CWPO process.
