    摘要: 有鑒於南嶺前胡(Peucedamun longshengense)在民間的傳說用途可用於治療卵巢腺癌加上其植株引進台灣栽植成功,本實驗乃以南嶺前胡為材料,分別對其新鮮莖葉、乾燥莖葉、新鮮全株、及其複方藥材四種材料以水進行萃取,再對水萃物分別進行抑菌、抑制腫瘤細胞及促進白血球香噬作門三個實驗。結果顯示無論新鮮或乾燥之南嶺前胡莖葉,或以乾燥莖葉入藥之複方等三種狀態均具有生物活性,但不具抑菌能力。新鮮莖葉在抑制卵巢腺癌細胞ovcar-3 (BCRC 60551)及活化白血球吞噬金黃色葡萄球菌能力兩方面活性均最強。綜合以上結果,在抗腫瘤及提昇免疫功能的領域,值得進一步深入研究,以開發其臨床應用上的潛力。
    Peucedanum longshengense has been introduced for planting in Taiwan in recent years. It is a herb being used in traditional medicine to cure ovarian adenocarcinoma. In this study , we investigated the antibacterial , anticancer and leukocyte activiting activities of water extracts obtained from fresh leaf and stem , dried leaf and stem, fresh whole plant and Chinese herb formula containing dried leaf and stem of Peucedanum longshengense. Our study revealed that extracts obtained form fresh, dried and herb formula had biological activity. No antibacterial activity was observed. The fresh leaf and stem had the highest activity both on suppressing growth of ovarian adenocarcinoma cell line ( BCRC 60551 ) and on activatiog the phagocytosis activity of leukocyte against staphylococcus aureus. Taken together the potentials on antitumor activity and immuno-stirnulating activity of Peucedanum longshengense deserve further investigation .
