    Abstract: 本研究將探討表面具官能基的高分子乳膠顆粒在生醫材料上的應用。以表面具羧基(COOH)官能基的高分子乳膠顆粒以兩種不同的方式(Pre-activation and Pre-adsorption)分別與抗原(牛胚胎白蛋白,BSA;抗人體免疫球蛋白,Anti-human IgG)進行化學鍵結,比較其鍵結量與乳膠顆粒表面官能基多寡和不同鍵結方式的關係,並以所製造的免疫乳膠顆粒與抗體進行免疫凝集反應,以期能在臨床上應用於疾病的檢驗。結果顯示,合成乳膠顆粒時藉由加入不同量的甲基丙烯酸(Methacrylic acid,MAA)可控制乳膠顆粒表面羧酸基(COOH)的含量,並進而控制抗原的化學鍵結量。Pre-adsorption的鍵結效率較Pre-activation好。在免疫凝集實驗中,可看出乳膠顆粒表面鍵結抗原的量及加入免疫凝集反應系統抗體的量會影響免疫凝集反應靈敏度,而溫度的效應以37.degree.C的靈敏度較25.degree.C好。
