台灣地區的一百五十六所大學院校中，至少已有三分之一的學校設有藝文中心、藝術中心或附屬於行政單位下的相關單位。過去對於大學藝文中心的研究並不多見，研究主題亦多為定位與功能或是管理方面的探討，少有針對大學藝文中心與地方文化資源的運用及整合之研究。然而，如何運用學校的藝術資源，推動校園及社區文化發展，以及地方文化資源策略連結是目前各校藝文中心的發展趨勢。本研究計畫嘗試從資源共享及互助的觀點切入，站在學校與地方文化機構互動的立場，其目的在於瞭解南臺灣各大學院校的藝術資源內容，及其與縣市文化單位的互動關係，期能在此基礎上共同推動藝術文化，並嘗試找出整合的方法，建立區域豐富的文化藝術學習網絡。本研究擬以二年期計畫。在實際執行上，採取資料蒐集、訪談、個案研究、分析與觀察等研究方法。第一年實際造訪台南地區八所大學院校，第二年造訪高屏地區七所大學院校及各地方文化機構，與相關人員進行訪談，希望藉此瞭解南臺灣各大學院校相關文化資源的運用及整合的可行性，期有效達成藝術文化教育的推廣與深化。 Currently, there are one hundred and fifty-six (156) colleges and universities in Taiwan. Among these schools, at least over one third (1/3) of them have set up institutionalized arts centers, museums or similar organizations.Studies regarding the University Arts Center are quite limited in numbers. Majority of the topics covered in past studies centered on issues of functionality, localization, or management aspects. And researches on university arts center and the conformity of regional culture resources utilization still remain scarce. The aim of the study is to investigate the resources of selected university arts centers in South of Taiwan, to understand their relationships with local agencies, and to identify their potential contributions to the enrichment of a regional cultural and arts learning network. This project draws up by two years. Methods used in this research include data collection, interviews, case studies, direct observation and content analysis. First year, this project plan to visit the selected 9 universities in Tainan area; then 7 universities in Kaohsiung-Pingtung area in next year and related agencies will be carried out to conduct interviews. The outcome from this research will increase our understandings of existing cultural resources, their utilization and potentials. Knowledge generated from this study can then be used to assess the efficiency of resource utilization, which further leads to the enrichment of arts and cultural education in South of Taiwan.
