    Title: 普洱茶對肝細胞抗氧化酵素蛋白與mRNA之調控

    Abstract: 本研究探討普洱茶對肝細胞抗氧化酵素活性之影響。結果顯示普洱茶水萃取物在0~0.8 mg/ml可以有效捕捉superoxide自由基,也可以濃度相關模式抑制NO自由基的產生,同時,普洱茶水萃取物在0~0.5 mg/ml更可以抑制xanthine oxidase酵素活性,減少superoxide產生。普洱茶水萃取物在0.2mg/ml可以增加肝細胞GSH peroxidase 活性為15.41倍以及增加GSH reductase活性為5.86倍,另外,普洱茶水萃取物在0.2mg/ml可以增加肝細胞GSH peroxidase mRNA濃度為2.1倍。綜合實驗初步結果,可以發現普洱茶水萃取物具有良好自由基捕捉效力,並可以抑制氧化壓力酵素活性,更能增加細胞內抗氧化酵素活性。
