本研究主要利用簡易有機反應方法合成一系列N-(羥基苯)-多羥基苯醯胺化合物,進一步以體外試驗進行抗氧化的能力,並與水溶性維生素E比較其抗氧化的功效;另外,進一步以美白活性測試─抑制酪胺酸酶活性測試。由結果顯示,抗自由基能力及美白活性測試皆與羥基數量及取代位置有關,其中又以環上具有兩個或三個羥基取代且在鄰位或對位時具有較佳之抗氧化效果。 In this study we aim to originally synthesize a series of highly productive N-(hydroxy phenyl) polyhydroxy-benzamides and observe their In vitro of antioxidant activity and the activity evaluation of tyrosinase inhibitory for whitening. The results not only depended on number and position of hydroxyl substitutes, but also theirs at ortho and para positions are greater effective on antioxidant.
