在醫療院所、畜牧業、紡織業與金屬製造業等作業勞工必需面臨潛在性生物性危害的威脅。而對於生物性危害的評估，目前並無標準的採樣分析方法可供依循。本研究將針對文獻上對於內毒素的採樣分析作探討，以期有助於標準內毒素的採樣分析方法的建立。 Occupational exposure to endotoxin occurs in a variety of industries including hospital, agriculture, metal manufacturing. Since there is no standardization of sampling and analysis of airborne, the efforts of this work focus on the study of the endotoxin measures published in literatures.
