    Title: 逆洗操作對微過濾單元處理膠體顆粒之影響

    Abstract: 本研究以掃流微過濾法逆洗程序作為對膠體顆粒的去除,探討在不同的顆粒粒徑及其分佈在過濾及逆洗程序下對過濾液量、平均濾速及濁度去除率的影響並找出最佳的操作條件。研究結果發現濃度為20mg/L之單一粒徑的模擬膠體懸浮液(Latex)顆粒粒徑愈大,其過濾液量及濾速亦愈大;當懸浮液以雙粒徑混合,總濃度為20mg/L,濃度比1:1時,以平均顆粒粒徑愈大者,其過濾液量愈大且濁度去除率也較高;對於懸浮液只存在單一粒徑0.094m顆粒者,其過濾液量明顯偏低,如欲提昇其過濾液量,可加入0.6m以上之粒徑,混合後過濾可明顯提昇濾液量2倍以上;在上述相同操作條件下,以逆洗方式過濾,其過濾時間5min、逆洗時間2sec所得到的結果發現,平均顆粒粒徑大於薄膜孔徑者,其過濾液量比起無逆洗者有明顯相對之增加;但懸浮液含有0.094m顆粒之混合液者,有些組合之過濾液量並沒有明顯相對之增加。在濁度去除方面,不論是否有逆洗程序,混合液中不含0.094m顆粒且平均粒徑大於0.45m者,其濁度去除率高達98%以上,若混合液中含有0.094m顆粒,則吾人發現其濁度去除率隨平均顆粒粒徑之增大而減小。在濃度比1:1:1,總濃度不變之三粒徑實驗結果方面,以平均顆粒粒徑愈大者,其過濾液量愈大且濁度去除率也較高。由於小於薄膜孔徑之粒徑比例減少,所以逆洗時薄膜通道內部阻塞之機率降低,故所有顆粒的組合其過濾液量皆是有逆洗者優於無逆洗者。此結果與雙粒徑混合液比較發現,若減少小於薄膜孔徑之粒徑比例,將對薄膜過濾之逆洗程序有所助益。

    In this study, we explore effect of particle size and its distribution on the filtration flow rate and particle removal efficiency of CFMF process with back washing. In addition, plugging and scaling of membrane was also investigated and tackled to increase the filtrate flow rate and feasibility.
