    Abstract: 韋伯分配被廣泛的應用在品質管制中可靠度的問題上，通常三參數韋伯分配中參數的估計是較困難的，本文針對三參數極值分配提供一個修正的非線性加權最小平方法估計參數。
    由模擬的結果顯示這新的方法較以往的估計方法更有效也更方便，同時也是非常容易理解的方法。
