    Title: 利用電漿系統轉化甲烷為甲醇之研究

    Abstract: 本研究擬利用高週波電漿系統在不添加觸媒的條件下將CH4分解並轉化生成CH3OH, HCHO, C2H6, C2H4及C2H2。於實驗進行過程中發現,在此系統下分解轉化CH4沒有積碳形成,而且碳平衡皆介於0.87~1.24之間。實驗結果顯示,輸入功率的增加不利於FCH3OH及FHCHO的形成,在CH4之進流濃度小於15%, 或O2之進流濃度大於10%的條件下則有利於CH3OH 及 HCHO 的生成。當控制條件設定於反應器A,O2/CH4=1.0,操作壓力=10 Torr,CH4進流濃度=10%,總進流量100sccm時,FCH3OH於50 Watts輸入功率達到最高(0.91%)。實驗主要探討各個操作參數(輸入功率、CH4之進流濃度、O2之進流濃度、總進流量及反應器變化)對ηCH4及副產物(CO、CO2、HCHO、C2H2 + C2H4 + C2H6、CH3OH)之影響,並嚐試尋找出最佳轉化率之操作條件,以提供未來應用本技術於商業技術研發之參考。
