    Abstract: 二仁溪下游河段為台灣南部地區污染最嚴重之河段之一,其底泥中更富含歷年來累積而成之高濃度重金屬。本研究主要探討四種添不添加基質或滅不滅菌的試程,(1)添加基質且滅菌,(2)不添加基質但滅菌,(3)不添加基質也不滅菌,(4)添加基質但不滅菌,對由二仁溪底泥所馴養出之原生硫氧化菌在進行底泥中重金屬之生物淋溶時,底泥顆粒性質及各種化學因子(pH 及ORP)之影響。結果顯示,在同時有基質及微生物兩項條件下,比缺其中一項條件或兩種項條件之情況下之
    pH 值降低速度明顯降很多。此外,也可看出硫基質添加與否對pH 值降低之單獨影響比底泥中是否有原生硫氧化菌來得大。而在淋溶過程中,pH 值隨之降低,但底泥質地中各組成並未有明顯之變化。
