Abstract:	在科技發達的當下，化學產物不時的出現在週遭環境，因此人類在日常生活中可能直接或間接的接觸到許多的化學物質和產物，這些化學物質散佈於人類所處環境中，有些化學物質最主要會經由食物鏈對生態環境系統造成危害性。其中大量家庭汙水未經處理排放，中游的工業廢水汙染，對溪水及附近地下水水質的破壞。本計劃經由為期七天的暴露，將暴露於上游水樣、中游水樣、下游水樣、空白水樣的雄青魚將魚，比較其不同採樣點誘導所產生卵黃蛋白先質(VTG， vitellogenin)的量，而結果顯示污染較嚴重的中下游誘導所產生VTG也較明顯。
