    Title: 沙門氏豬霍亂桿菌(Salmonella choleraesuis)溶血酶基因hly1 的核苷酸定序及分析

    Abstract: 溶血酶hly1 基因，經核苷酸序列分析顯示此基因由756 個核苷酸組成，推論的252 個氨基酸經過比對，得知它是一種salt induced outer membrane protein 基因，而其下游含有三個完整的ORF(open reading fram) ，依序分別對應了outer membrane protein、inner membrane protein 及DNase，其中outer membrane protein 基因的轉錄方向與溶血苷酶hly1 基因相反，inner membrane protein 基因及DNase 基因間有25 核苷酸序列是重疊的。
