    Title: 感冒藥中添加成分之研究

    Abstract: 本研究利用高效液相層析儀測定六種品牌咳嗽藥水試樣中caffeine之含量。以acetonitrile-H20(10:90,v/v)為移動相,使用C-18的分離管柱及紫外光偵檢器偵測,流速為每分鐘1mL進行分離,波長設定為271nm。實驗步驟簡便、快速,變異係數介於0.31~1.30%'回收率介於9886~102.92%'實驗結果精確,無干擾情形。結果顯示六種品牌咳嗽藥水caffeine含量都超出外包裝標示的含量,但均符合衛生署現行公告修訂綜合感冒劑指示藥基準規定之用量標準。
