    Abstract: 本計畫主要是利用低能量的奈米乳化技術,進行奈米化妝產品調製的研究。為了較有系統的探討該技術在不同特性化妝製品的調製。首先,選擇不同性質的成份物, Magnesium ascorbylphosphate 以及Triclosan。然後,分別以非離子性及離子性的界面活性劑,並且依水相加入油相中攪拌的低能量方式進行乳化,分別進行奈米乳化以調製W/O及O/W不同相系的奈米化妝品。並進行粒徑分佈以及電導度的測定。結果顯示將成份物(100ppm)及介面活性劑(8%)先溶解在油相中,然後再將水逐漸滴入此油相中進行攪拌乳化,可測得200nm以下的粒徑分佈。
