    Abstract: 本研究計畫以高效率液相層析法結合靈敏之電化學偵測法,對蕃茄中茄紅素(lycopene)之順反異構物進行分離及偵測,以開發快速方便且高靈敏度、低偵測極限之分析機制,提供其他學者一種有效快速的分析工具。

    在本實驗中分別使用C18及C30層析分離管柱,結合電化學之脈波安培法對蕃茄糊中萃取之茄紅素(lycopene)順、反異構物進行偵測,獲得初步成果。
