    摘要: 本研究擬以三年期間研發家禽霍亂重組次單位疫苗,利用蛋白質二維電泳分析菌體抗原,配合血清免疫染色,鑑定菌體中的重要蛋白質抗原,並將重要抗原基因選殖後於大腸桿菌中表現,研發次單位疫苗,以期改善家禽霍亂疫苗的效力。本年度主要工作項目為重要抗原之鑑定及基因之選殖與表現。
    The objective of this study is to improve the vaccine efficacy against fowl cholera in three years by cloning and expression of important protein immunogens. In the first year, candidates of immunogens have been identified by performing two-dimensional protein electrophoresis and Western blotting. In the second year (this year), genes of these important protein antigens will be cloned and be expressed using Escherichia coli as the host cell. In the third year, vaccines made of these recombinant proteins would be prepared and their efficacy would be examined by challenge experiments in mice.
