    Abstract: 將不同分子量的幾丁聚醣與阿斯匹靈溶於醋酸溶液中作物理性的摻合,並利用聚電解質複合法,使高分子
    膠體溶液與三聚磷酸鈉(Sodium tripolyphosphate,TPP)進行複合反應形成複合式藥物顆粒,藉由改變反應條
    件以得到不同的膠體顆粒(Gel Beads)。本研究探討不同分子量chitosan摻合Aspirin的藥物顆粒,其製備條
    件、藥物包埋率、藥物包埋量、釋放環境(pH 2、4、7 )、藥物顆粒重量平均粒徑、顆粒表面型態對藥物釋放模
    式之影響。
