    Abstract: 魚飼料由於大量灑於飼養池中，經常時間的浸泡，飼料容易溶解於水中，進而造成水的濁度上升，並且滋生大量的細菌，以及造成水質的優養化，因此，本實驗乃採用Eudragit E100 來給予飼料包覆，進而延緩飼料的溶解及崩散，進而減緩水質的惡化。本實驗藉由在水中，即在低pH 值的環境中進行飼料包覆與否的崩散試驗，並且得到具相當顯著的差異的結果。
