    Abstract: 魚飼料由於大量灑於飼養池中,經常時間的浸泡,飼料容易溶解於水中,進而造成水的濁度上升,並且滋生大量的細菌,以及造成水質的優養化,因此,本實驗乃採用Eudragit E100 來給予飼料包覆,進而延緩飼料的溶解及崩散,進而減緩水質的惡化。本實驗藉由在水中,即在低pH 值的環境中進行飼料包覆與否的崩散試驗,並且得到具相當顯著的差異的結果。
