    Abstract: 天然物中具有黃酮素或類黃酮的成分，這些成分具有很好之抗氧化能力，為了能將類似成分應用於抗老化化粧品，本計畫擬針對中草藥粗萃液進行各項抗氧化方法之評估，方法包含DPPH、TEAC、NO 清除及SOD活性等。利用本計畫之研究不但能快速尋找有用的抗老化成分，同時期待能將中草藥應用在於抗老化化粧品之開發。
