摘要:	健保局自九十二年三月十日起公告實施「全民健康保險家庭醫師整合性照護制度試辦計畫」(「家醫計畫」)，希望借此計畫的進行，達到整合各分級醫療，並且讓基層醫師發揮家庭醫師的功能，負起病人的整體照顧責任，使病人能獲得長期性、完整性的醫療照顧。本研究以質性研究法，針對93年加入南區健保局之社區醫療群之10位醫師及22位會員民眾進行深度訪談，以了解目前「家醫計畫」的執行情形及民眾的需求。家庭醫師在執行上對行政方面及資訊平台感到困難，但希望能提升醫病互動關係、提供病人諮詢服務及周全、持續性醫療照顧等服務；而就診民眾加入此計畫成為會員者，希望加入能獲得全人的照護，包括：健康檢查、提供諮詢、衛教服務、醫生及醫療院所的轉介及通知預防注射等相關照護。 This study is collecting opinions of primary physicians who joined “national health insurance pilot project of family physician integrated healthcare program” (NHI Family Physician Program, NHIFPP) and the needs of people who join in this program by using qualitative study methods. We interviewed 10 primary physicians to understand the implement of NHIFPP and 22 subjects who join this program and visit the clinics about their wants of the health services from NHIFPP. The administrative works and information system posed many problems for primary physicians. Primary physicians agreed to supply the consultative services and integrated, continuous health cares for their patients. The people who join this program hoped same to gain the integrated health services including health check, consultative services, health promotion education, introducing other special physicians or hospitals if when they need, and so on.
