    Abstract: 隨著現今細菌抗藥性問題日益嚴重,探討環境中大腸桿菌抗生素耐受性之分布乃為重要之課題。本研究應用傳統disc diffusion technique及PCR方法,進行抗生素耐受性及抗生素耐受性基因之檢測。由大腸桿菌之抗生素耐受性試驗結果顯示,所使用七種抗生素中以cefotaxone、chloramphenicol等抗生素對大腸桿菌有較強的作用效力。大腸桿菌抗生素耐受性基因檢測中,本研究選用tetracycline、streptomycin抗生素基因tetA及strA作更深入之探討。由檢測結果得知,對tetracycline具耐受性之E. coli,在人工濕地之原進水點(Influent)有36株;氧化塘(Lagoon)中有72株;在free water surface flow(FWS)中有66株;subsurface flow system(SSF)中有35株;而最後放流水點(Effluent)則有2株。對streptomycin具耐受性之E. coli,在人工濕地之原進水點之基因檢測結果為34株;氧化塘中有69株; FWS中有60株;SSF中有29株;最後放流水則未檢測出含strA抗生素耐受性基因之E. coli.
