    Title: 異黃酮結構衍生物對抑制防曬效果之探討

    Abstract: 本研究合成異黃酮及其磺酸鹽衍生物，經由核磁共振光譜與質譜儀確認結構後，進行對紫外光之吸收及酪胺酸酶活性的抑制作用的測試。結果顯示：異黃酮對酪胺酸酶活性有抑制作用，並且隨著異黃酮濃度的增加而提高其抑制率，在濃度1mg/ml時，其對酪胺酸酶活性的抑制率可達89.91%。而在紫外光之吸收測試中，其會吸收280- 300nm UVB範圍之紫外光。
